This page explains what Drift Hero collects when you use the AI advisor and how it is handled. Using the advisor is optional.

What we collect in the advisor

Your name and email, and your phone number if you choose to give one.
The questions you type and the advisor's replies. Common contact and order patterns are removed from messages before they are stored or sent for processing, but automated removal is not perfect, so please don't type payment, address or order details.

Your name, email and optional phone number let Drift Hero follow up on your shopping question.
Offers and news are sent only if you tick the optional email box and/or the optional text box at the start of the chat. Text offers also need a phone number. Each choice is separate and you can use the advisor without ticking either.
Messages and relevant chat context are processed by a third-party AI service provider to write the advisor's replies. No raw order exports or customer purchase identities are sent.
Drift Hero staff may review conversations to improve answer quality and handle customer-requested sales, dealer, business or support follow-ups.
About an hour after a chat ends, if you haven't rated it, we may send one email asking how the advisor did. That email is only about improving the advisor and is not marketing.

Chat transcripts and the contact details entered with them are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
Use the trash icon in the advisor to delete your chat and the contact details attached to it at any time. This does not remove copies an AI provider may retain under its own terms.
If you opt in to offers, your name, email, phone number, choices and the date you agreed are kept until you opt out. To opt out or have them removed, email info@driftherousa.com, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to a text. Deleting a chat does not remove this record.
A secure cookie lets your browser resume its chat. We do not store your IP address with transcripts.

AI can make mistakes. Prices and availability are checked live but can change before checkout.
