Return Policy
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund or replacement, in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals and an RA number from info@driftherousa.com. Non-defective returns carry a 20% restocking fee. You prepay return freight, and refunds take 4-6 weeks after the return arrives, less the original shipping fee.
Eligibility
- You may return the unused item within 30 days from the order date for a refund or replacement.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, stickers, accessories and manuals. Returns without complete original packaging are not accepted.
How to return
- Email info@driftherousa.com to get an RA (return authorization) number, with your order information and the reason for the return.
- Write the RA number on the box. Returns without it are not accepted.
- Ship the unused product in its original box within 30 days of purchase.
- Ship returns to: Drift Hero LLC, Attn: Returns Dept, RA# (your number), 164 E Center Street, North Salt Lake, UT 84054.
Fees and refunds
- Non-defective returns are charged a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable except for defective merchandise.
- You prepay shipping and insurance for the return, via LTL freight carrier.
- Allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit. The refund is less your original shipping fee and the 20% restocking fee.
Orders
- Drift Hero does not guarantee pricing or availability and can cancel or revoke orders at its discretion before delivery.
