Warranty Policy and Product Registration
Every new Drift Hero product bought directly from Drift Hero or an authorized dealer has a 90-day parts-only warranty for the original owner against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. It covers replacement parts only; labor and repair services are not included. To use it, register the machine within 90 days of purchase by emailing productregistration@driftherousa.com with proof of purchase.
What is covered
- Manufacturer defects in material and workmanship on new products bought directly from Drift Hero or an authorized dealer.
- Coverage lasts 90 days from the date of purchase and is limited to replacement parts only. Labor and repair services are not included.
What is not covered
- Misuse, neglect, normal wear, theft, lost product or intentional breakage.
- Modification or customization of the finished product, and damage during assembly.
- Custom work or added components. Damage caused by third-party parts used to modify the machine counts as misuse.
Register your machine
- The original owner must register within 90 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase from Drift Hero or an authorized dealer.
- Email productregistration@driftherousa.com. In the subject line include your name, date of purchase and type of machine.
- In the body include: name, phone number, mailing address, date of purchase, model and type of machine, VIN (on the machine and/or box), and the name and location of the authorized Drift Hero dealer.
- Attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
