Shipping is free across the lower 48 states. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 days by LTL freight carrier. Two-day or next-day shipping can be added for an extra cost at checkout. Canadian customers pay their own taxes and duties.

Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund or replacement, in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals and an RA number from info@driftherousa.com. Non-defective returns carry a 20% restocking fee. You prepay return freight, and refunds take 4-6 weeks after the return arrives, less the original shipping fee.

Warranty
Every new Drift Hero product bought directly from Drift Hero or an authorized dealer has a 90-day parts-only warranty for the original owner against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. It covers replacement parts only; labor and repair services are not included. To use it, register the machine within 90 days of purchase by emailing productregistration@driftherousa.com with proof of purchase.
